Hello--I have been a cupcake-aholic for a while now (sampled Sprinkles, Susiecakes, Crumbs, Vanilla Bake
Shop, Yummy's, Joan's on Third, and Bluebird Cafe) but ever since my friend brought me some of your truly
delectable confections to try, I have been dreaming of Famous Cupcakes the most! Your cupcakes are truly the freshest and most moist that I have tried, and the frosting is deliciously creamy and flavorful without
simply too sugary. I think my favorite flavor so far is the Chocolate Peanut Butter, but I also love the 24
Karat, and Red Velvet. You guys are the best!

Noticed your store after stopping for dinner next door a few weeks ago. Needed dinner tonight and knew I'd be picking up some yummy cupcakes for dessert. They were awesome! Had the red velvet and the peanut butter, and it was one of those things where you take a bite, and pause with happiness. Love the packaging and cute store too. Thanks!

My name is Cheron and I just wanted to let you know that I went to purchase 4 cupcakes from your North Hollywood location for the first time today. Even though I felt they weren't cheap, I bought 4 of them anyway. I've had cupcakes at Sprinkles, Jerry's Famous Deli, Puddin' Out Cupcakes (A new place in Sherman Oaks) just to name a few and none of them compare to how good your cupcakes were! Good customer service too. We're moving to Lancaster, CA soon. Any chance you can open one out there????

Two friends and I visited Famous Cupcakes on the 25th, we were on one of our cupcakes runs. See, I have taken it upon myself to eat cupcakes everywhere and review them all (http://cupskates.yelp.com).
I am extremely picky, and I was really, really impressed with Famous, but more than that, I was really impressed by your employee, I think her name was Becky? She was so incredibly nice, helpful, and chatted with us, besides making sure we were happy with what we'd gotten (which we had to eat immediately, of course). She was definitely one of the nicest people I've encountered in a customer service position, period! Thank you for the delicious cupcakes, and thank you for making the experience of visiting your store great in every way. I hope you know what a gem you have in Becky.
